On 7th and 8th May 2010, management and workshop director of three subsidiaries paid a visit to IFE-Victall Production Site. It was warmly received by General Manager of IFE-Victall, who organized special team to provide professional instruction on 6S management. They learned the experience on site management from IFE in respect of deficiency and process lay-out etc. After meeting, the management held meeting respectively to exchange the corrective measures with section chief and team leaders, to strengthen the site management and promote 6S management on site.
