16th October, 2010, part of department managers and section chief attended the "supervisor productivity promotion training camp". The training mainly focus on the role cognition and professional accomplishment, existing problems of relationships, 5 S successful implementation (including safety management), team construction and motivation of staff training. The training improved the management level to lay the foundation for the future work.
