Since February 2011, Victall group has initiated Introspection Movement among its subsidiaries and departments. Victall Decoration Materials Manufacturing Co., Ltd has answered to its call by being the first one to open the movement, which will continue into three phases, including self-examination February, Improvement March and April. The emphasis on self-examination month is to urge every department and section to introspect their current working process and worksheets, with regarding to the whole examination in aspects of customer complaints and key working process.
